Welcome to BROVANE (brovane.com). By accessing or using our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. About BROVANE

BROVANE is a premium lifestyle apparel brand based in Bengaluru, India. We sell custom print-on-demand apparel through our Shopify-powered online store at brovane.com. All products are produced to order through our fulfilment partner and shipped directly to customers across India.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

3. Products & Pricing

All products displayed on brovane.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but any price change will not affect orders already confirmed.

Product images and mockups are for representation purposes only. Actual colours and dimensions may vary slightly due to screen calibration and the nature of digital textile printing.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the stated price. An order is confirmed only upon successful payment and a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment fails, stock or production issues arise, or we detect fraudulent activity.

We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Payment processing is handled by a third-party gateway. BROVANE does not store payment card details.

5. Made-to-Order Products

All BROVANE products are printed to order. Production typically begins within hours of order confirmation. As a result, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing an order. After this window, the order is considered final. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details on eligible claims.

6. Shipping

We ship pan-India to 27,000+ pin codes. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details. BROVANE is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on brovane.com — including but not limited to brand name, logo, designs, photographs, product names, and written content — is the intellectual property of BROVANE and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content from this website without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use brovane.com for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to engage in any behaviour that disrupts the experience of other users or our operations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, BROVANE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided “as is.” While we take every care to ensure accuracy and quality, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any content or product on brovane.com, beyond what is required under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of brovane.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. 12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
