BROVANE Shipping Policy

Every BROVANE product is printed to order at our fulfilment partner's facility in India. Nothing is held in stock. Your order is produced specifically for you after you place it.

Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment. Orders placed on public holidays may require an additional 24 hours.

We currently accept prepaid orders only (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, and international payments via PayPal). Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak seasons, extreme weather, or courier disruptions beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to 27,000+ pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you within 24 hours and issue a full refund.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently available for poster and print products only, fulfilled via Gelato with delivery to 32+ countries. International shipping for apparel will be announced when available.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take up to 12 hours to update after dispatch.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Free shipping is available on orders above a qualifying threshold as communicated on our website.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the order will be returned to our fulfilment facility. BROVANE is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided at checkout. Please verify your shipping details carefully before confirming your order.
