1. About BROVANE
BROVANE is a premium lifestyle apparel brand founded in Bengaluru, India. We sell custom print-on-demand apparel and print products through our online store at brovane.com. All clothing products are produced to order through Merch Factory and all poster/print products through Gelato, and shipped directly to customers.

2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.
3. Products & Pricing
All products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed.
Product images and mockups are for representation purposes only. Actual colours and dimensions may vary slightly due to screen calibration and the nature of digital textile printing.
4. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed only upon successful payment and a confirmation email from us. We currently accept payments via UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, and international payments via PayPal. Cash on Delivery is not available at this time.
We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment fails, production issues arise, or we detect fraudulent activity.
5. Made-to-Order Products
All BROVANE apparel products are printed to order. Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing an order. After this window, the order is considered final and production may have already started. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details on eligible claims.
6. Shipping
We ship pan-India to 27,000+ pin codes. International shipping is available for poster products only. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. BROVANE is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address information provided by the customer. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on brovane.com — including brand name, logo, designs, photographs, product names, and written content — is the intellectual property of BROVANE and protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, BROVANE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage you to contact us at hello.brovane@gmail.com to resolve any dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
