ORDERS
How long does it take to receive my order?
All BROVANE products are printed to order. Dispatch takes 24–48 hours, followed by 3–7 business days delivery depending on your location. Total estimated time: 5–10 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order. Email us immediately at hello.brovane@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line. After 24 hours, production may have started and cancellation may not be possible.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
We currently accept prepaid orders only — UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, and international payments via PayPal. COD is not available at this time.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available for our poster and print products via Gelato. International shipping for apparel will be announced when available.
PRODUCTS
What fabric are your products made from?
Our core products are made from 240 GSM bio-washed 100% cotton with a drop-shoulder oversized fit. All products are Made in India.
How do I care for my BROVANE product?
Turn inside out before washing. Machine wash cold (30°C max). Do not bleach. Hang dry in shade. Iron on low heat inside out only. Never iron directly on the print. Full care instructions are on the label inside your garment and at brovane.com/pages/care-instructions.
Will the print fade after washing?
Our DTF prints are tested for 50+ washes when care instructions are followed correctly. The most important step is turning the garment inside out before every wash.
What sizes do you offer?
We offer S, M, L, XL, and 2XL. All products are oversized by design. Visit our Size Guide for exact measurements before ordering.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Can I return my order if I don't like it?
Since every product is printed to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering.
What if my product arrives damaged or defective?
We stand fully behind our quality. If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, email us at hello.brovane@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will replace or refund at no cost.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
